A kid came to the door the other night and we asked him for ID. He says sure, and quite confidently pulls out his wallet, opens it, and shows us the ID tucked neatly into the little plastic see-thru pocket. I asked him if he could take it out. He shut his wallet put it back in his back pocket and said "No, I can't.""Why not?" I asked.
"Because it's fake" he said plainly, smiled and walked away.
I wanted to let him in just based on his honesty and ballsiness.
