Hey man, don't wear that bandana over your face.
Why?
Can't wear a mask in a bar in Alberta, cops were just in here, told me to tell you to take it off.
That's stupid
Yeah, probably, but if you want to stay, you'll have to leave it off ok?
Fine, he said angrily, gave me a fist bump, then returned to dancing. 20 mins later the manager had to tell him again. Then another bouncer told him. Then the other bouncer got pissed off after he told him the 2nd time. I said if he does it again, kick him out. The problem solved itself when the masked dancer left the bar on his own. When he tried to come back in I told him he couldn't. We argued, and finally I agreed to let him go get his hoody (cause I didn't want to go look for it) but I sent big Andrew as an escort to make sure he left again. About 5 mins later I see Andrew dragging this guy out.
I went and gave him a hand. The guy was going nuts, arms going everywhere, screaming "get your hands off me!", all the usual bullshit.
I gave him his hat back that fell off in the fray. He stomped around angrily for a while then waved me out. I obliged, he was a former staff member after all, and he asked me to get one of the guys he was with. Then he went on and on about how we shouldn't have kicked him out, it was just a stupid mask.
I said yeah, you're right man, it was just a stupid mask, not worth getting kicked out over.
Happy birthday.
Later I looked up Oppositional Defiant Disorder. It's supposed to be a childhood disorder. Well, I've said it before, drunks are like children.
